Artan Hoxha
Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha is a member of the Supervisory Council of the Bank of Albania since December 2018.
Prof. Dr. Artan Hoxha graduated in 1983 from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, and finished his postgraduate studies on Council of Europe Conventions focusing on criminal matters, at the Leiden Law School, the Netherlands, in 1995.
He earned the title “Professor” in 2015.
He started his professional career as a Prosecutor at the District Prosecution Office in Lushnjë and was later appointed as Prosecutor at the General Prosecution Office.

During the period 1992-1994, he served as a Specialist at the Directorate of Codification, at the Ministry of Justice and in 1997-1999 as its Director. In the period 1999-2008, he was a judge of the Supreme Court.
